Basic Subscription
For students and staff at the Politecnico’s Cremona, Mantua, and Piacenza campuses who hold a valid medical certificate, the Basic subscription is free!
A medical certificate of fitness for non-competitive or competitive sports—valid for one year and written in Italian—is required. No other type of certificate will be accepted.

*If you already have a valid medical certificate, below you’ll find the procedure to activate the Basic subscription free of charge.
To get the free Basic plan, you will need to follow these steps:
- Log in to the personal area of the sports site here link
- send an email to giuriati@polimi.it with the subject line “Abbonamento Basic Cremona/Mantova/Piacenza” (indicating only the relevant Campus), include your first name, last name, and Person Code in the body of the email, and attach a valid medical certificate for non-competitive sports activity (certificates for recreational physical activity are not accepted) or competitive sports activity;
- Wait for the free activation of the Basic subscription.
If, however, you wish to take advantage of the medical examination included in the Basic package (which takes place at the Giuriati Sports Center in Milan), you can purchase the Basic package at the standard price of €35 and book your free appointment in Milan.
