Acrobatics is a gymnastics discipline designed to improve coordination and psychomotor skills, both on the floor and with the use of specific equipment (trampolines, springboards, etc.).
During this masterclass, you will learn acrobatic gymnastics techniques (forward and backward flips, cartwheels, and round-offs),combined with static elements (such as handstands) and continuous strength conditioning.
