This masterclass is about postural gymnastics based on the Joseph Pilates method, it aims to improve breathing, strengthen the muscles and increase knowledge of one’s body.
The lessons will take place on the ground floor of the B 20 building in Bovisa La Masa campus.
It will be possible to use the changing rooms present in front of the room where the lessons are held.
To purchase an annual masterclass, you need to go to the reception desk at C.S. Giuriati or Gasometri Park, call 0223996427, or write to giuriati@polimi.it and request the online payment activation from your personal area.
Each Masterclass includes a weekly lesson:

To purchase a masterclass, you must have a Basic subscription.
To participate in sports activities, it is also necessary to present a valid medical certificate of fitness for non-competitive sports.
