You can made a registration for the PolimiRun Kids by clicking on the buttom "REGISTRATION" above. The registrations must made by a parent or legal guardian. Registration will close on May 23, 2024 or till the sold out. In any case, the Organization reserves the right to close registrations in advance or to accept them after the closing date at its sole discretion.

The registration for PolimiRun Kids includes: official adidas t-shirt, bib and adidas bag.

You can pick up the race kit on the same days, places, and times when the distribution of the PolimiRun Spring 2024 race kits will be active, namely:

• Campus Milano Bovisa La Masa, in the main square of the campus, in front of the hill, near building B19: Wednesday, May 22, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Campus Milano Leonardo, entrance from Piazza Leonardo Da Vinci, 36: Thursday, May 23, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, May 24, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, May 25, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The race kit can only be picked up at the indicated locations, dates, and times.

Following registration, you received a confirmation email with a bib number. You must show this email when picking up the kit; the bib number sent via email is provisional and is only used to collect your kit. When you pick up your kit, you will be assigned a bib with a new number, which the child will use during the race. Along with the bib, which is equipped with a timing chip, you will also receive the official race shirt and bag.The first two digits of the new bib number represent the child's age (for example, the number 0327 indicates the child is 3 years old on the day of the race). It is important that each child keeps their number because at the start, bib numbers will be called according to this numbering (see the info about the starts).

When picking up your kit, you can inform the staff of your preferred shirt size. For hygiene reasons, the shirt cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. Therefore, we invite you to immediately check on-site that the size delivered by the staff is correct.

If you have not received the confirmation email right after the registration to the PolimiRun Kids, try checking the SPAM folder and if you cannot find it there, write to eventi-sport@polimi.itand attach your payment receipt; we will send you a new confirmation email.

Groups will be created based on age and each group will be assigned a route suited to the age. The departure will work as follows:

• Kids from 1 to 4 years old will start at 3pm and run a 500m route;
• from 5 to 7 years old will start at 3:20pm and run a 1km route,
• from 8 to 10 years old will start at 4:30pm and run a 2km route;
• boys and girls from 11 to 13 years old will start at 5:20pm and run a 3km route.

The meeting is set 15 minutes before the respective departure at the stage of the PolimiRun village (in front of the Rectorate).

All information will also be sent via e-mail in the days preceding the event.

In the PolimiRun Village there will be all the useful services and many activities dedicated to the little ones. On Saturday 25 May, the Village will be open from 10:00 am and the PolimiRun Kids race kit will be available for collection from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Just before the event, you will receive an email withall the necessary and definitive information about how enter the Village, how the starting works and other useful information.

When a group (e.g., all children aged 1-4 running the 500 m) has completed all its starts and all the children in that group have reached the finish line, the three best children for each age group will be awarded on the PolimiRun stage.

A chip will be present on the race bib to time each child from the moment they cross the starting arch until the instant they cross the finish line.

Yes, all children can be accompanied throughout the route. The route will still be signalized, bordered, supervised.

The accompanists don't have to register, they can take part in the race free of charge without a bib.
