Calisthenics allows you to explore and learn numerous bodyweight athletic activities, with the support of bars and parallel bars.
It will bring you to the increase of strenght, flexibility and balance and to rise of muscle mass.
The masterclass is open to anyone and lessons will be focused on the learning of the main technical skills of this discipline.
The course will take place at Giuriati's Calisthenics Area.
