This masterclass is aimed at all those who wish to face a first approach to the world of sport climbing in total safety.
The topics addressed during the course will concern the technique and teaching of the fundamentals (such as the basic position in climbing, the hand change, the foot change, the triangle of forces, etc.), the systems for safety, the methods of belaying, the use of the ropes and tools necessary for the progression on the wall and the knots.
The aim of the course is to know how to move in a vertical space in a coordinated and effective way, going beyond innate movement.
The course will be held by a third level technician from FASI, the Italian Sports Climbing Federation assisted by other Federation instructors.
Included in the registration:
- Equipment rental: harness, rope, belayers and carabiners
- Climbing shoes rental
