This masterclass is dedicated to Traditional Biodynamic Karate: a training method of Traditional Shotokan-style Karate,
non aimed at competitive spirit or victory according to pre-defined conventional rules, but at the psyco-physical growth and vitality of the person and the seach for inner equilibrium.
It improves coordination, skills, strength, speed and concentration.
Suitable for everyone!
