If you ever tried to play frisbee with your friends and you liked it, Ultimate masterclass is the one for you!
Ultimate Frisbee is a discipline based on fair play, respect for the opponents and desire to win with the help of teammates.
During the trainings, you will learn all technical components of this sport, and you will improve your condizional (endurance, speed and strenght) and coordinative (reaction, combination of movements and space-time orientation) skills.
