PURCHASE A BASIC SUBSCRIPTION

 

FREE BASIC WITH MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

For students and staff of the Politecnico at our Cremona, Mantova, and Piacenza campuses who already hold a valid medical certificate, the Basic subscription is free!

A valid annual medical certificate for non-competitive or competitive sports is required, written in Italian. Any other type of certificate cannot be accepted.

To obtain the free Basic subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your personal area on the sports website at this link: https://ecomm.sportrick.com/sportpolimi/Account/Login?returnUrl=%2Fsportpolimi%2F

  • Send an email to giuriati@polimi.it with the subject line “Basic Subscription Cremona/Mantua/Piacenza" (indicate only the corresponding Polo Territoriale). In the body of the email, include your first name, last name, and personal code, and attach a valid medical certificate for non-competitive (ludic-motor certificates are not valid) or competitive sports.

  • Wait for the free activation of your Basic subscription.

If instead you would like to take advantage of the medical examination included with the Basic subscription (carried out at the Giuriati Sports Center in Milan), you can purchase the Basic subscription as usual at a cost of €30 and book your free medical examination in Milan.
