Shiva Flow is a contemporary form of Yoga, based on the chaining of the asana (positions) in a flowing and continuos movement.
You will experience Bharadvaja, Hanuman, Kapota, Nataraja and many other flows.
It improves joint flexibility and balances body and emotions.
